Many of us have fond recollections, amongst the mental anguish and fatigue of law school, of being fascinated by the 'stories' that formed the background to the cases being studied, hopefully not being too distracted from the legal principles coming from the cases by the stories behind them. Many great lecturers are adept at bringing cases to life through their telling of the stories.
This site is being developed to provide links to interesting facts and information on the web relating to leading commercial cases that are likely to be encountered in studying law (or law subjects as part of another course) at university.
The project has been established and maintained by Mark Bender, in the Department of Business Law and Taxation at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
